Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
If you’ve got a shared hosting plan with our company and you want to enable the catch-all functionality for a certain email mailbox that you have in your hosting account, it’ll take literally just a click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to achieve that. A catch-all button is available to the right of each and every email address that you have created under any domain registered in the account. You can select one single email address per domain by clicking on the respective button. This will activate the feature momentarily, so all emails sent to mistyped addresses will be received there. Clicking on the button again will disable the catch-all feature. In case you’ve got enabled email forwarding, our system will exhibit a warning message and you won’t be able to activate the catch-all feature until you remove the forwarding or you can simply select a different mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The custom-developed Hepsia Control Panel that is included with each semi-dedicated server plan that we offer will permit you to configure a catch-all mailbox without any difficulty even if you do not have much email/web hosting experience. All it takes to accomplish that is to click the catch-all icon, which will be on the right side of each mailbox that you have created using your domains in the hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section. As you can have just one mailbox with this feature per domain, our system will inform you if you’ve already configured a different catch-all mailbox or if the one that you wish to use has email forwarding activated. If you decide that you do not need this feature any longer, you can deactivate it by clicking again on the same icon. The Email Manager will also allow you to view your catch-all mailboxes at a glance.
