You may add the upgrade to any of the dedicated web hosting plans we offer at any time that you need it. If you need some custom work from our admins right after your web server is set up, you may acquire the upgrade during the server signup procedure, or if you need something to be executed afterwards, you can add the upgrade from your billing Control Panel. The Installation & Troubleshooting service includes sixty minutes of work from our administrators on your hosting server, so if you encounter any problems to install a third-party software or some app gives errors and does not work the way it is supposed to, our professionals will be able to aid you in a very timely manner. If a task takes less than one hour, the remaining time shall be available for future tasks and you'll be able to see it within the billing area. This upgrade is suitable if you do not have lots of experience with managing a hosting server or if you use our Managed Services upgrade, but you exhaust the 30 min custom work it features.
